We assess your situation and build the plan.

We prepare the documents and manage the process through to the final decision.

  • We work across Spain and online
  • Tax and immigration support in one place

We check what matters before you file anything

  • Residence and work

    Eligibility for the Beckham regime

We review the circumstances of your relocation, your employment situation and where your employer is based. Remote work alone does not automatically qualify you, so we check the conditions before you apply.

  • Notices and deadlines

    Deadlines in official notices

The first step is to check when the notice was received and calculate the response deadline. We then review the content and determine what action is needed. If you already have the notice, send us all pages.

  • Tax and reporting

    Expenses that may be challenged

Some expenses may be questioned by the Spanish tax authorities. We explain the criteria, the level of risk and the available options, so you can make an informed decision before filing.

Residence, work, tax and deadlines are connected. We look at the whole picture first, then define the steps and prepare the documents.

You know where your case stands and what happens next

We keep you informed throughout the process: what has been done, where your case stands, what comes next and when we need something from you.

  1. You tell us what is happening

Tell us in your own words what you need or what has happened. We will ask the questions needed to understand your situation and identify the first step.

If you can, include any important dates, your current situation, what you want to achieve, any steps already taken, and any related documents or official notices.

  2. We explain the next step

We review your situation and tell you what the next step should be. If the matter needs a more detailed analysis, we explain what information we need and how we will approach it.

  3. We define the plan and price

We set out what we will do, what documents we need, the expected timing and the price. Any additional work is agreed with you in advance.

  4. We manage the process and keep you informed

We review the documents, track deadlines and deal with the relevant authorities. When we need something from you, we tell you clearly what is required. During periods with no updates, we keep you informed of the status of the process.

The same specialist follows your case throughout, so you do not have to explain your situation again each time.

  5. We continue to support you after the procedure

Once the procedure is complete, we can continue supporting you with accounting, taxes, official notice monitoring or any new matter that comes up.

I don't know which service I need. Where do I start?

You don't need to know. Tell us about your situation in two or three sentences and we'll take it from there. We'll identify what information is missing and explain the next step.

Can I contact you before relocating to Spain?

Yes, and it is actually the best time to do so. Before you relocate, we can review which residence option fits your situation, how the move may affect your taxes and what steps should be prepared in advance. This allows you to make informed decisions before filing any application or taking on obligations in Spain.

Can you handle residency, taxes and business at the same time?

Yes. These areas are closely connected, so we look at the whole situation, define one coordinated plan and involve the right specialist at each stage. You do not need to coordinate different firms or explain your situation more than once.

When will I know the price?

After a short review of your case, and always before any work begins. You will know the price, what it includes, which documents we need and how payment will be arranged.

Do you guarantee that my residence application will be approved?

No. The final decision is made by the relevant authority, so no adviser can guarantee the outcome. What we do is assess your eligibility, prepare the application carefully, identify any risks in advance and manage the process through to the final decision.

I have received an official notice. What should I do?

Send us the complete notice and tell us when you received it. We first check which authority issued it and calculate the response deadline. Then we review the content and tell you what action needs to be taken.

You can start with two or three sentences

Tell us where you are now, what you need help with, and whether there is an important date or deadline. We'll ask the questions we need.
